Request account deletion
You can delete your ERIP account and the data tied to it. This cannot be undone.
In the app
Open ERIP → Profile → Delete account. That removes cloud contacts and profile data (email, name, CCP/RIP), imported receipts, RIP trust votes, and the push token, then signs you out and wipes the transfer log on this device.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email rd.djani02@gmail.com from the address you used to sign in. Write “Delete my ERIP account”. We delete the account and associated server data within 30 days.
We do not keep card numbers. Chargily may keep payment records as required by law.
